so far so good - started on 1/13/2026 :)

So far I have been taking the HOP longevity box for about 6 weeks now. In general, my skin has been clearing up, my energy is getting better where I can last thoughout the day and my mindset is a lot clearer. I’m excited to see the continuous positive changes my body and mind will make.

Love the convenience and quality of the HOP Box supplements. As someone who is shamelessly too lazy to open >5 bottles 1-2 times daily, the HOP Box has changed my life just from the aspect of compliance alone. I love that I can throw a few packs in my purse to take on the go. As far as the benefits of taking the HOP Box supplements are concerned - I experienced drastic improvements in energy levels, mood and concentration by about day 10 of starting the supplements. My skin health also improved - it just took a bit longer to see the results which is expected. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the ingredients and ecstatic that they are constantly innovating their product by modifying certain ingredients / dosages based on new data (i.e. increasing the spermidine dosage in future boxes). I would highly recommend HOP Box for anyone looking for high quality supplements that make you feel and look better!

Perfect blood results except for very high vitamin B. Infact, the numbers were the best ever!

Recently started bio-identical HRT and had a s*** ton of labs done. They also wanted to start me on some specific supplements based on the results, and I asked if I should keep taking my HOP supplements, and she said yes, because that's all good stuff in there, and none of my inflammation markers were elevated. She said to keep doing whatever I'm doing, which includes HOP!
